As of September 1, 2024, we at MicroConsult have taken a major step and transferred our business operations to the newly founded MicroConsult Academy GmbH. As part of this restructuring, our long-time Managing Director, Ingo Pohle, will be retiring at the end of the year.

As the successor to the company that emerged from the Siemens School for Microelectronics, MicroConsult Academy will continue what has defined us for decades: practical knowledge transfer and the exchange of know-how in an industry that is constantly evolving.
Nora Pohle has gained valuable experience as a Digital Design and Concept Engineer at Infineon Technologies over the past few years, actively contributing to the development of modern chips such as the AURIX™ TC4x multicore microcontroller family. Her time as a tutor and e-learning consultant at TUM has also provided her with excellent preparation for her new role.
We will continuously expand our offerings and continue to provide innovative, practical training solutions.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ingo Pohle. With nearly 40 years as a trainer and 14 years as managing director, he has significantly shaped the company and mentored generations of engineers. His passion and dedication will remain an inspiration to us. We wish Ingo all the very best for this new chapter in his life!
