Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Thomas Batt has been a certified Trainer and Coach for embedded systems engineering and process consulting for more than 20 years. His main focus is on embedded systems/software engineering and management as well as project, process and corporate coaching. Before starting his career as trainer, he was an engineer for power electronics, medical electronics, CompactPCI/VME bus and peripheral boards.
Dipl.-Ing. (TU) Marcus Gößler holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from the Technische Universität Graz/Austria. He started his professional career as field application engineer for analog and digital products in the aerospace industry. Further applications included audio/video, portable systems and infotainment in automobiles. He managed application organizations in central and Eastern Europe and was responsible for sales and marketing activities at major semiconductor manufacturers. Today, he is trainer and coach, focusing on safety-relevant applications and multicore devices for the embedded industry.
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Andreas Klinger has been a trainer and developer in the area of embedded Linux and real-time systems for many years. Since completing his degree in electrical engineering in 1998, he has been working in low-level software development, focusing on kernel drivers, embedded Linux, and real-time systems. As a Linux specialist, he focuses on the internal structure of the kernel, system mechanisms, and, above all, their application in embedded systems. He is a contributor to Linux kernel and other open-source projects and into the Zephyr mainline kernel. He has also been a speaker at ESE Kongress since 2008 and has received the Best Speaker Award three times.
Dipl.-Inf. Karl Nieratschker gained extensive experience in the areas of software development, customer support, training, consulting, project management, and technical management after completing his degree in computer science with a specialization in electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Since 1999, as an instructor and software consultant, he has been helping clients in the embedded industry develop software solutions for their application systems. In addition to object-oriented programming with C++, his areas of expertise include software design using design patterns in resource-constrained systems, as well as multithread/multicore programming.
Dipl.-Ing. Ingo Pohle is a co-founder of MicroConsult Microelectronics Consulting & Training GmbH. He is an internationally recognized specialist for embedded solutions with extensive experience in the use of embedded microcontrollers, bus systems, and RTOS.
