Experience project management in action: In our interactive simulation, you and 2-3 other participants will take charge of a simulated project. You'll make typical project decisions – with the corresponding consequences for deadlines, costs, and project quality. This allows you to experience firsthand which methods work in which situations – and what it means to manage projects in practice.
