Simulation game – directly recognize the consequences of your own decisions
- In small teams, you will simulate a project using multimedia, make decisions together and immediately see the consequences for deadlines, costs and quality - but also for the motivation within the team.

A practical seminar for everyone who wants to successfully transfer technical responsibility into leadership responsibility.
You'll also experience project management in action: In our interactive simulation game, you and two or three participants will take on the management of a simulated project. You'll make typical project-related decisions – with the corresponding consequences for the project's deadlines, costs, and quality. This way, you'll experience firsthand which methods work in which situations – and what it means to manage projects in practice.
You will go home with a tried-and-tested toolbox and a clearer view of your leadership role – ready to confidently manage your projects.

To benefit from the bonus schedule for open trainings, a binding en-bloc registration as well as participation by all booked persons in the defined training are required. Basis for calculation is our current pricelist on www.microconsult.de.
The individual discount models cannot be combined with one another. Postponement of a training date by us or participation by a substitute do not affect the conditions.
Our bonus schedule is only valid for bookings directly submitted to us; bookings via external training portals are excluded from the bonus scheme.
