MicroConsult has been an established provider of training and coaching in embedded systems engineering for almost 50 years. We impart practical knowledge to hardware and software developers worldwide and are co-organizers of the Embedded Software Engineering Congress with over 1,000 participants per year.

With us, training, customer orders and congress organization come together, and you hold the reins: as a contact point for customers, lecturers and the team.

As soon as possible we are looking for reinforcements for our training center in Munich as assistants for office & Training organization (f/m/d).

Your tasks with us

• Processing of customer orders: from checking the order to entering it in the CRM and coordinating with the customer to billing
• Preparation and support of face-to-face and online training: Lecturers, rooms, material and participants are kept in mind so that every training gets off to a good start
• Support the project management at our annual congress: participant and booking management, collaboration with call for papers and congress program as well as on-site support
• Contact person for customers, employees and service providers
• Organization of business trips, including booking and billing
• Maintaining training, appointment and customer master data in the CRM system as well as supporting sales
• Office and administrative organization: mail processing, purchasing of office and consumables, coordination of external service providers as well as general administrative tasks such as personnel lists and dunning

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training, e.g. B. in the commercial area, as well as professional experience in assistance or administration or in event or office management
• Confidence in using modern office communication tools and common MS Office applications, as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Organizational talent and a structured, forward-looking and independent way of working
• Reliability and discretion
• Strong communication skills, service orientation and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Team spirit and initiative

Due to our growth, we are looking for qualified support with detailed knowledge of embedded microcontrollers.

Your tasks

• Conducting training and coaching
• Development of training and accompanying practical exercises

Your profile

• Completed studies, ideally electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics or physics (Dipl.-Ing. / M. Sc.)
• Several years of experience in the development and/or application of microcontroller-controlled systems
• Secure knowledge of C and C++ as well as common embedded development tools
• Grundkenntnisse Funktionale Sicherheit
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Confident appearance, strong communication skills – even in front of larger audiences
• Enjoy the transfer of knowledge and didactic skills
• Flexible, goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Team spirit, innovative spirit and quality awareness
