The focus here is somewhat more on the specifics related to hardware, system testing, planning, and team building. The exercises focus less on practicing the implementation of the Scrum framework and more on planning and preparation.<\/p>\n

What is the difference to "standard" Scrum training courses from the IT world?<\/h3>\n

In MicroConsult's agile seminars, not only the exercises relate to the embedded world. The adaptations to the specific characteristics of the embedded world, which are absolutely essential for successful implementation, are also a key focus. For this, we have specifically coined the term "\u201eScrumBededded<\/em>\u201ccharacterized by the fact that participants who had previously attended a \u201estandard\u201c Scrum course and hold a Scrum Master certificate particularly praise the practical relevance of the MicroConsult seminars and emphasize how important they consider the learned content for solving their problems.<\/p>\n
