For approximately ten years, the AURIX™ microcontroller family has been a mainstay in many application areas, focusing on high computing performance (multicore) and functional safety. Now, the third generation of this family is about to be launched. But what changes and improvements have been incorporated into the new design, and what does it mean for existing customers? Which components can be used unchanged or with minimal effort, where are more significant adjustments required, and how can entirely new modules be effectively integrated?
Embedded software architects and developers will receive training from MicroConsult trainer Marcus Gößler in the ESE compact seminar “To the first, second and third AURIX” on Monday, December 4th at 1:30 pm as part of the 16th Embedded Software Engineering Congress, an overview of the changes and improvements of the new controller generation will be presented.
The knowledge gained from this compact seminar enables participants to assess use cases and evaluate the effort required for porting and implementation. Participants will gain insights into the latest microcontroller architectures currently available, focusing on safety, security, automotive, industrial, and multicore applications.
